How do I get the bookmark out of the box I tried dranging the stylus on the crease at the bottom but it is not working is there a certain way I have to do it or what. Can somebody please help me!!!

Click on the empty box and it should give you the option to turn it upside down. Bang on the bottom of the box wih your stylus about 10 times and it will knock the bookmark out of a fold in the box you then have to drag it the rest of the way out.
