Question for Hotel Dusk: Room 215

Hi, I'm on chapter,2 and after leaving the main office using the crow bar to get the memo for the lock I went back to my room and saved, I have since been told I should have talked to louie then rosa. Now I can't find them anywhere, is it game over for me?

I made the same mistake unfortunaltly if you want to continue you will have to restart.
