I'm stuck in the puzzle with the wire hanger. I tried to cut it with the pliers in every possible point: in the cornrers, in the different distances from them, nothing works. I don't know what else to do. Please help. Thank you.

This is so so so frustrating. It took me a very very long time to work out that you can cut the hanger more than once. You need to make two cuts on the straight part at the bottom of the hanger, near the corners, then click the symbol that tells you whether you've done it right or not.
