I am in the main office looking for the red box, which I'm sure is in the filing cabinet 3. However I can't get into the cabinet or even try changing the combination. Not sure where to go from here.

Cabinet 3 is the one with the memo stuck on the corner of it. Use the crowbar to lift the cabinet up but be careful keep it steady and hold it until the mini puzzle begins, otherwise Dunning will hear and will throw you out. Then connect the dots on the memo to generate a 3 digit number, this is the code for the filing cabinet
