Hotel Dusk, basement part is literally unbeatable. (Possible Spoilers)

I'm at the basement part and I literally CAN'T get past it, when I get right to the computer part, after I input the third word from the letter Kyle says something along the lines of "Urrg, aaa" and "Can't.. Breath.." "Am I really going to die at Hotel dusk?", I then get a game over, I did everything as quick as possible and still keep getting the same game over, help?
