How do I get the paper out from under the filing cabanet? I know to use the crowbar to raise the filing cabanet, but whats next?

just keep raising it slowly and steadily until its successful. if you drop it you'll get game over and have to redo it. but yeah theres nothing else to it besides just raising the cabinet!
