Unfortuneately it has been over 12 months since I last played on this game and I cannot remember where the tool box is located? I thought it was in the utility room but I am unable to find it there. I need to return the tools to it so I can get past dunning. A big thankyou to who ever can help me here.

The tool box is in the Lines staff room on the second floor. The tool box is in the locker where it should be open already for you.
The toolbox is on the second floor in the locker in the linen closet.
