Please help I am sooooo new to this but am quickly wanting to chuck game away...........i have met girl with puzzle on stairs and have been wandering round hotel aimlessley for over a week. What am I doing wrong have nomore questions to ask............... Can't open suitcase............package hasnt arrive although don't know how to check as no questions left please help QUICKLY

Have you tried to use the suitcase key to open the suitcase? When you do it will break then you go to the brochure and get the paper clip and straighten it and try it on the suitcase it won't work hopefully this gets you moving in the right direction. Here if you need more help.
