How do I find the last horse?

Can anyone help me find the last horse in the game? I don't know exactly what the game is called, but I think it is Horsez 2. There is one horse that you have to tame and I have tamed all of them except one. I find them in easy areas though in the mountains, plains,and forests. Where is the horse???

The horse is at plautea on the little island where the landslide split it up and I can't find out how to jump over again T_T
