In about year 2 or so, Eileen (from Bluebell) will put a request up on the Bluebell message board called "Rennovations?", which asks you to go to Eileen for information. When you do, you can choose from a number of possible rennovations. If the house expans ion is not there, it might be on the next page, or you may have to select a different kind of expansion and hope it shows up next season. The house expansion requires 30 lumber and 30 material stone (you must have the axe and hammer). It costs 1,000,000 (one million) G.
