How do you plant fruit trees in Bluebell? I have a bee hive but cannot plow a 3x3 area.

You cannot plant trees in bluebell, I would recommend going over to konohana to plant them. Seeing how that's the only way you can
I believe you have to upgrade more and in one town (I think Konohana) you get a special area to plant them. It might be better to live in Konohana if you would like to plant them, but you could still live in Bluebell and harvest your crops in Konohana, so you might have to move, plant, then move again once they grow ^^
You can plant trees in bluebell by going to top of mountain enter and turn left. Jump in pond, there is a whole field behind there. Also one for konohana. Use seasonal suns for the tree you want. Purchas suns at diegos. Or raul.
The pond field works but I think it's been shut off. Konohana is your best bet. I have moved there and then moved back to blue bell and I am still able to harvest my plants there
