I used Action Replay on my Harvest Moon: Sunshine Islands game and now when I go to sleep, it freezes. Someone help me!

I'm not sure, since I've never used an AR, but maybe you could try keeping your character awake until midnight every night? Or maybe working until your stamina meter runs out. Those are the only two ways I know that progress to the next day without sleeping on non-festival days. Hope this helped.
