I have done all the heart events I have brought up the mistic island but I can't get the propose to lily. Dose anyone know if there is any other things that I might need do get it to work?

You need to buy a blue feather for 1000g from chen. Then give it to her like a gift
First, you have to get the sunstone from her. Then, she must have a red heart. You also have to do all the heart events. You must also upgrade your house and get a wife bed. Then, you buy the feather from Chen's shop and propose. If you didn't do all that, then she will say no.
Also, you have to give an "offering" to the harvest goddess by throwing an item in the pond next to the chuch on mystic isalnds
