How do I get money I sold all my tools and I need hose upgrades help!!..

Forage for flowers and stuff that you see on the ground. When you get enough money, focus on crops first. You can sell crops for a high price if you take care of them well. Check their rating too. The A, B, C thing? It could go down if you leave them in your rucksack for some period of time.
Just remain patient with the foraging. It is pretty hard to earn money in this game. Honestly, I think shouldn't have sold your tools since you would also need them someday.
