Question for Harvest Moon: Sunshine Islands

In Assets it says Vaughn has a red heart, What does that mean? And how can I change it since I can only see him Mondays

In the asset the red hearts mean that he has friend ship points that you have earned for him. Those increase only when you talk to him or when you give him a gift.

The heart that you may be looking for is the picture of the heart that you see when you speak to him. If you want his heart to change colors he likes: pet food, milk, and chicken feed. If you can his favorite gift is: Porridge 800pts. You will get the recipe if you give Nick milk.

Buy chiken coop,get eggs(also buy a chickin )give to him

Fastest way: ( still 3 years ) Give him a gift on the first day you meet him, ( pet food ) and continue to give him that untill yu get a barn. Collect wood, bild a barn and give the milk to him. Also, fovus on upgrading you house, and getting mystic island. Collect wood for the barn and first upgrade of your house, then use money for the other 2 times.
