I have tried to get Vaughn to marry me I upgraded my house got alot of money and he has all 10 hearts and his hearts red and I still can't get him to marry me what do I do?? ^.^

Well I've married Vaughn in my level, and I had to make sure that all the rival/heart events happened, and like you, have all 10 hearts in the book and have your house upgraded. But if you don't now, make sure to upgrade it to the largest size possible and buy the husband bed from Chen's shop lol. He did the same to me when I tried proposing and said that he wasn't ready to settle down. But I just kept on giving him gifts like milk or rice for a whole season or so then he accepted ^.^
