Yes. You can marry the girls if you are a guy character. You need to raise one of the girl's heart levels to red and then find the blue feather in order to marry.

Actually, you need to do more than just that. I can't remember the completed list of requirements, but it is on http://www.fogu.com/hm7/ It is easy to read, and organized well. Hope this helped!
