Have you got the recipe off of the people who own caf�/dinner because in order to make it you need to ahv the recipe.

You have to give milk to the diner after it has upgraded. You might get the porridge recipe. Porridge is a main course meal.
To upgrade the diner, you must have unlocked 35 "faceless" characters, the ones that don't show up on the map.
