fireworks festival

This question might be kinda stupid but how do I activate the fireworks festival? I unlocked all main portraits already but it still wont activate....

Well, all I know is...normally Gannon does the fireworks for you, and I don't know what you're talking about for the "main portraits"

Are you sure you have all of the Main Characters?
Well, on Summer 25, between 6:00PM and 10:00PM, visit the beach, and speak to Gannon to start the fireworks. OR You can ask one of the Marryable boys to watch with you, if they are Green Heart or higher. Just speak to them instead of Gannon.
Twilight_master, the Main Portraits are the main characters that have pictures, instead of the "faceless" characters, that don't show a picture of themself at the left(?) side of the screen when you speak to them.

YOU GO TO THE MEADOW! and if the either batchalors or the batchalorettes like you enough, when you ask them,they wil say...YES!
