You may have this all ready but you get the ple in the summer.
You have to have him at 100 FP, speaking to him everyday gets you the pole in summer, or even in late spring if you are lucky (like me)
talking to him everyday is good and also give hime some radish's like i did and you'll have by spring 12th to 15th like i did
