Stuart and Ethel will bring the Blue Feather to your
Farmhouse when any Bachelor or Eligible Girl has reached Orange Heart, but their visit may not occur before Spring in the second year. It is possible that both Stuart and Ethel must have at least 3 Hearts before they will deign to bestow the Blue Feather upon you.
To get an orange heart you have to keep giving your person things they like, for an example I give witch princess different color grasses every day (Plus poisonous items)
