Amir has had 10 hearts for 2 game years...he will not take the blue feather..

You can not marry Amir. I don't know why. If you play as a guy there are only 4 girls to marry so i think that yuo can only marry 4 guys and Amir is not one of them. I think its a glitch

Yes , you can marry Amir If you go to fogu.com/hm then it should come up with a harvest moon site. On theleft hand side there is a list of games.click on "Grand Bazaar" under DS and at the bottom of the screen, when it pops up, is a list. Click on the bachelors an then Amir. You might not have done the heart events yet and with the bed, look under the bazaar tab for that one

Get him to 10 hearts,get his heart events,blufeather and a double bed.you can only buy double bed when you have 50% bazaar level.there will be a stall selling double bed.

You can marry Amir. I have married him. Since he comes later in the game, he is not the easiest bachlor to marry, it took me time! Amir likes stew, and you can find other items he likes at http://www.fogu.com/hm9/bachelors/amir.php and the recipe for stew is flour+potatoe+(Asparagus or Cabbage or Carrot or Cauliflower or Milk or Turnip) and you need a pot.
