Skye's blue heart event

Okay, so skye has a blue heart for me, but I can't get the scene for it. I Walk from Vesta's Farm area to Waterfall Area at 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, not Tuesday or Sunday but I still don't get the scene, help?

have you met both Flora and Carter??
have you seen the other two heart events??(black @ villa and purple @ blue bar)
are you sure he has a blue heart for you??

I'm having this same problem... I've met flora and carter, seen the other two heart events for skye, he has a blue heart for me, but every day i go there and try again and no luck...

When I was playing I had the same problem, and I got frustrated. THEN I TRIGGERED IT! I was at the tent at around 7:30 when Flora exits, then I actually kept her from moving until 8. Then I teleported to the farm and walked up. It was snowing =] Try it I hope it works!

Well...
I got to know everyone (non-special) in the town and then on wednesday it was snowing so I teleported near the path to the tent, walked up and then it triggered... Finally.
