Ok I got the black heart event with Skye but every rainy Monday I go to the bar and I can never get the purple heart scene! What do I do?

On that rainy monday go to the blue bar: 6 am - 11 am. After you got the event about skye's letter. Go back again at the appointed tym.( you will know the tym wen you see the event about skye's letter.
You also have to know the people in the heart event before you can see it. =3
