Okay, the option to help Flora and Carter get Skye came up on a Sunday, I accepted but than it wouldn't let me into there tent on time. I found out later that I shouldn't have said yes on a Sunday but I was wondering if I'll be able to access this event again or if I lose out? And if I do lose out does that mean I can't get Skye?

I'm pretty sure you've lost him unless you start a whole new file. If you read any guides they said not to do it Sunday because of that reason. So if you have a save on File two thats just a little behind, use that.
