Ive heard there is a private island,id like to know how to get it.

The way you get the island is you have to be very rich. You may use the Max Money cheat code to aquire enough to trigger an event. Keep in mind that you have to spend alot too. A few days after you have Max Money and after your shopping spree, the Mayor will meet you at your door when you go outside and tells you that he hears you have alot of money and that he has an island that he needs to get rid of and if you're interested in buying it.
I am not sure what the max money cheat is but if you hire the fishing team for 7 days at the beach in Winter and you ship something everyday while they are working...by the end of the week you should have close to (or) 1,000,000,000G!!!! This will not work in HM DS Cute!!!
