I want to marry Skye but I'm far away from it. (His heart is purple) I wanted to watch the fireworks with him but he wasn't there. Do I have to wait till it's 10:00 when he comes out?

You can't watch the fireworks with Skye as he doesn't show up at the beach. However when you get to the starry night festival in winter (24th), if his heart is blue or above he will ask you the day before if you wan't to join him.
