What are those tickets you can buy from Jet?

What do you do with the circus, how do you watch it. They say it's been postponed well I ever see it?

Those tickets enable you to buy them for a million dollars (If I'm remembering correctly). It allows you to have more than the allotted amount in your wallet.

I think that's the best you're going to get out of the circus. I've never seen it do anything else.
