Well I saw at the end that you have a european version of the game, but I will assume that it works the same way. 1. What I suggest for the milker, is that when you look at your rucksack screen notice there are 3 pages. Equip the brush in your top slot, the touch glove in the bottom slot, and in the first rucksack slot (directly to the right of your equipped brush) place the milker. THEN go wash your horse, cow or sheep, and when you see the "1 UP" bubble, IMMEDIATELY hit back and switch the brush with the milker. You should get milk from any animal this way. If you switch with the scissor instead of the milker, you'll get wool from any animal. (not including birds).

2. The milker will go up to level 99. You have to first raise your milker to level 1, and then each time you use it, it will go up one level. You can use the milker anywhere to get it leveled up. You don't actually have to use it on a cow. I went into my house, went to my tools screen to see the milker level bar, and then acted like I was milking something. After a while, you'll see the bar raise up. Once you get to 99, each time you milk, you'll get 99 bottles!!! Once your cows win competitions, you'll get higher level milk as well.

3. You are as high as you can get with Muffy!! Congrats! Have you seen all of her heart events? If you have, and you have rescued 60 sprites, and you have enlarged your house, and bought the big bed- you'll be able to propose to Muffy! Buy the blue feather from the grocery store, and you can present it to Muffy when the time is right. She'll say no, if the requirements haven't been met.
