Ok I need help I'm trying to marry Muffy but she wont budge into into another heart color.i already have her on purple it took me 1 whole year and thats a long time just to change colors.well if you can answer this please help me.

Well, I think that's part of the problem. You have to change the heart color BEFORE you see your heart event. Make sure you are giving Muffy things she LIKES (jewelry, flowers, chocolate etc) and do not litter around town. Your FP and AP will both go up!
You must not be giving her the right presents. I got Lumina up to yellow in 3 seasons by giving her her almost favorite things. Muffy really likes jewelry
