I'm the one with the question about the horse thing but I have shipped more than 1000 tigs and didn't get one?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Once you ship 1000 items (anything is included in this) Takakura will ask if you want the horse. You have no choice but to accept it though.
I have never had this event NOT happen.
