Question for Harvest Moon DS

I know I should know this as big a harvest moon fan I am, but how do I get the mythic stuff to upgrade my mystrile fishing rod? And when do I have to see flora's 2nd heart event? What do I have to have, when do I have to go to the inn and what do I have to have done to see it? About the mythic, do I have to have my fishing rod to mystrile, what do I have to do to get it to appear, what exactly do I need to do? Please tell me in detail, i'm not that smart when it comes to understanding stuff that isn't detailed, so, thank you :D

1.Mythic ore appears at the third mine in rocks. From floor 0 up until you find Keria, who I believe is on floor 255, it's on every floor ending in 0. After you find Keria, it'll be on any floor that ends in five. If you find a black branch,
It's a Mythic Stone, so don't toss it away by mistake.
2.
Purple;
*Inner Inn, Lobby
*1:00PM to 4:00PM, Rainy day, not Tuesday.
Ask if theres another store that sells it.(option 2)Selecting option 1 will up
Ruby's friendship for you but decrease Flora's. Selecting option two will raise
Flora's affection and not decrease Ruby's!
3.All you need to have happened is to have unlocked the third mine.
