I am trying to marry the mermaid that lives in the nerds basement and so far I've done the first heart event and I'm trying to do the second heart event but it seems I can't for some odd reason.
If anybody has any answers on when the date and time I should do it please answer.

Just give her large fish everyday then when her heart is yellow go to the ocean and fish and you will find a item then give it to her then she will return to the ocean then you can propose to her.

When you raise her heart level to blue, you will trigger the next heart event. Go into the house without holding anything in your tool slots. The mermaid likes any size fish, and jewelry!! Do not give her food or chocolate, she doesn't like it.
