Celia loves it when you give her cake. It boosts her affection for you by a lot. The recipe for cake is flour, egg, butter, and a fruit(not an apple). Sooner or later her heart will turn red. You can earn a girl's affection once per day.

Give her cake and rescure 60 sprites and have the big bed.

You marry her just like the way you marry the other bachelorettes. I'm not sure about her favorite, but her birthday is... Spring 5 or 6(not sure). She likes flowers and juices. When her heart turns red, you have to give her the blue feather. Only when you've seen all her heart events, found 60 sprites and has purchased the big bed for your second house upgrade.

Give her cake every day, get 60 harvest sprites, have her heart at red, buy the blue feather from the supermarket for 1000G, see all of her heart events, have the second house upgrade, and own the big bed. Once all this has been done, put the feather in the red slot, and press the Y button while your next to her. She'll accept and you'll get married. 
Cake recipe is this:
Put milk in the mixer=butter
Butter, Flour, Egg, and Strawberries(Strawberries works best)=cake!
