If you have the love bangle which you purchase from the counter in the back of the room through the stairs and basically every 10,000 lp points (love points) the heart changes colour and you need it red to marry for more info go to ushi no tane

It means that the girl is in love with you.
It also means you did black heart event, purple heart event and blue heart event. Heart events means that you do special events on special times (like autumn on a sunny day, 07:30 AM.) and meet the girl.
You also get love points by doing these events or giving this girl gifts she likes. If you don't know anything about this means you done "love by accident"!
