No but it'll grow but it won't do any farm work just a little troubler but not too troubly

No, your wife nor your baby will help you with the farming. Your baby will grow in three stages. The first one is Baby. The next one is Toddeler/child and the last one is teenager. Your baby will not grow after that. If you want to see what your baby will look like in all three stages, go to http://www.fogu.com/hm6/chan3/yourchild.php it will tell you what your child will look like and under it click the blue SPOILER and it will show you a picture of all three stages.
