Question for Harvest Moon DS
I've been trying to get ore to upgrade my tools. Is the mine in Mineral Town the right mine or what? I keep getting jewlery.

You need to open the 2nd mine in Harvest Moon DS before you get access to all the ores needed to upgrade your tools. I think you get to open it with Flora's 1st heart event. But you need to have a hammer equipped to trigger it.

BTW, it's not Flora's heart event, my mistake. I meant that you have to go to the excavation site at around 9 PM when nobody is in the site. You need to have equipped your hammer to. Then Carter will come by and there will be a cut-scene.
