What other easier way to get celia ? And how much affection to make the heart blu ? And red too ??

You can give Celia juices or flowers. She's pretty easy to woo actually.You can also give her Diamonds! She loves Diamonds. 
To make her heart blue you need at least 20 000 love points while a red heart needs at least 60 000 love points. You can determine the exact LP and FP through a love bangle. )
