first unlock chanel 2 by purchaseing an item from Karen's store for a total of 10 days. then watch the chanel 2. any thing you want to buy (except "shopping network 2" you cant buy from) then use the phone to call tv shopping and buy it. the thing you bought will take 2-3 days to be deliered. Please note that even though the tv shpo is open all 7 days i think you can only call after 10am
