For the first one look at this website www.fogu.com/hm6/chan3/index.php and it will tell you all her heart events and stuff.
To get ducks you need to order the pond from gots only then will ducks be avalible.
To get a kitchen you need to unlock the shopping which you do by shopping 10 days straight (not including tuesday and sunday when she is off) and you have to upgrade your house and you find apple seeds in vesta's farm shop (grow in fall).

1- Look in marriage walkthroughs
2- You need to get a pond, Gotz will build it for you
3- You can buy a kitchen of Channel 2, to get it you need to buy one thing from the Supermarket for 10 days ( one each day )
4- Go to Vesta's shop and buy the seeds, you can plant them at any time but it takes them 2 seasons to fully grow and 1 more season to bear fruit, they won't bear fruit in your basements and apple trees bear fruit in the Autumn
