Can you play as Voldemort?

According to Wikipedia, you can play as Lord Voldemort. Can you actually play as him?

You can, if you collect all the Dark Marks. You can only play as Voldemort in multiplayer. After you collect the dark marks you will be able to play as Voldemort in multiplayer but you and the person who you will play the multiplayer mode can only play as Voldemort if you both have the game, one for your nintendo and other to your friend. You you don´t you will both play as Harry. I expect this as answered your question.
