My daughter has been playing for awhile now and can not get the chicks to pop in on her screen, what must she do to get the three chicks?

You start getting the chicks after 2-1 you get bo after 2-1,aticuss after 3-1 and erik after 4-1.if you are already in a level after 4-1 and can't get the chicks then you might need to get a new card,or start the game over
