When Lilly says that you need to look in the corridors, she means that you need to look in the hallways of the Mall with your Magno-Glass. You might find some dressing room items, but the item you are looking for is in front of the potted palm tree that's near the Arcade. To get to that area, start at the entrance to the mall. Keep on walking forward (on your screen, it's to the right). Instead of going upstairs, walk past/behind the stairs, and you will enter a new area. There will be the arcade with a spider-looking symbol on it. (I think). Then, use your Magno-Glass to scan the area near that potted tree, and the item you are looking for should be there.
