How do I get a 2 story cage? I can never find one at the pet store.

Keep going to the shop and keep talking to the people. Talk to them ALOT and the first guy (well for me) will talk a while about going tto the shop. First it will be more iteams then there will be cages. Then go to the store and it should be there
