Question for Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars

Im stuck at the mission 'friend or foe'. Cant rotate the dial of the safe... I know this seemed a stupid question.. But I tried everything and googled. Plz, plz help me. :(((

closed cheats and passed...

I know you ask the question very long ago but I leave that here if someone ask the same thing. Disable all cheats and it will work.
