Ok dude, this is what you do.
First of all,I'd like to thank all the people who helped me figure this out. That's for you JJ and Tommy. Stay cool.
Ok now in order to get infinite ammo, I must warn you it only works with a carbine rifle.
Here are the steps in order
1.Go to the Liberty City Gun Club
2.Get gold medals on all guns
3.Buy 7 Carbione Rifles(You will have to waste a lot of ammo).
4.Save game
5.Go to a red trash can with a Carbine rifle like the one you're holding. Before you open the trash can shoot your rifle.
8.Open the trash can at the same time youre shooting the rifle, and you will shoot nonstop. Your ammo will not be waasted.[/size] [/size] [/size] [/size] [/size]
Press R up (any letter Y A B X) down left R (same letter you pressed before) right. Also to add some power to your pistol press -
R L X Y A B up down- for an awesome suprise
