I can't vault over the wall at the very start of the second level and I can't go any further in the game because the game won't let me vault over. How do I vault over the wall?

You have to just tap twise to rundown the stretch. Then when you reach the boxes on the left, First you get in front of the box, the you press forward the you will automatically get on to of the boxes. Love goldeneye reloaded and goldeneye ds.
