You buy them with donation points from any of the donation point stations in the cleaning rooms. (The white, or neutral, mask, by the way, for reasons known only to the creators, is actually pink.)
You get a green and other masks 2 ways 1 way is 2 buy it in the dp store. The other way is really complicated first you have to beat the game, 2 you then have to get your sonar complete upgrade , next ya have 2 beat rupert, pauleen , the 3 BB brigade leaders , finally ya have 2 beat joe wildwest , then go the the fossil guild and buy them. P.S. They r for 2000 g.
