When I challenged the cranial city battle royal I had two super evolved vivosars that I coud'nt use. But the vivosaurs they evolved from fit the requirements. Does anyone have the slitest clue why?

Because the superevolvers aren't "real" dinosaurs. You can't take them into any of the tournaments, just the originals.
That is incorrect, I used my giga raja, giga spinax, and lugmos and beat the battle royale in less then 45 minutes. A good stradegy is also to have many air types on your team while battling rupert, noticing that he always has water-type vivosaurs. No matter what get rid of the Krona first!
I know this is an old question, but I am replaying this old game because I've always loved it, and I had just came across the Cranial Battle Royal and wanted to know why I couldn't get in.
From all of the info I got, you can not let super evolvers into the Cranial Battle Royal, such as Giga Spinax, T-Rex Lord, etc., because they are not from an actual Era. When you go in the Fossilary, all of the Super Evolvers are listed out from every other dino, besides Boney's, Zombie, and Bosuses, and are not given an Era. Because of this, you cannot bring in a Super Evolved Dino. You can bring in just a regular evolved (that's how I've divided it) that just has extra stat boosts and a color change, but not anything like the T-Rex Lord.
