U have to collect them from quests and stuff sorry if not very specific I'm not the best guy for this but I hope I helped :D

Well heres the answer you get icons for doing things like beating zongazang and all the bb people like lola and liester and cole for boneysuras thats how like my icon now is a dimetro and I have the hole alpha beat and like a unicorn and lots more you mainly get them from doing qustes

BB Icons: Beat Cole, Lester & Lola
Patrol Team Icons: Beat Todd, Rupert & Pauleen
Zongazonga: Beat Zongazonga a second time
Staff Leaders & Joe: Beat all 3 Royale Tourneys until you get the one in the BB Base, now you will have to battle Stella, Terry and Kent. You can't change your vivosaurs in-between battles, so I would take these vivosaurs: Rank 20 Giga Raja, Rank 20 Compso, Rank 20 Kaishin, Rank 20 Guan (reserves) Rank 20 Giga Spinax (reserves). Then you battle Joe. Once again, you can't change your team, so what you bring is what you get. If you beat Joe, the receptionist gives you your prize pack, which includes mini-staff leader icons and mini-Joe.
